This encompasses hardware, software and support which are all included in a completely turnkey customer model that is unmatched in the industry.

We believe the traditional health care IT vendor model is flawed. It starts by requiring the customer to integrate their software and hardware and to deal with the ensuing issues of compatibility, troubleshooting and support. At CliniComp our model is very simple. We are fully responsible for all aspects of your Essentris system from configuration, testing, installation, training and servicing. Our 360 degrees of support includes the central server hardware, device data acquisition hardware, operating system, applications software, system configuration, database software, and system tools to insure guaranteed system capability and uninterrupted performance.

We therefore eliminate the need for the traditional IT system administrator role and unnecessary demands on your IT resources.  No IT support is needed for configuration, updates, enhancements or maintenance. No offsite back up support is required. No interventions are needed from your biomedical team. No IT support for anything at all. The performance of your entire Essentris system is monitored and supported by those that built it and know it best – your CliniComp partner. And your total cost of ownership is reduced.

Instead, we help you to focus on patient care. By CliniComp taking contractual responsibility for complete system support, your CAC or System Administrator’s role can focus on supporting the clinical protocol needs of your caregivers such as communicating with CliniComp, reporting duties and the coordination of new version training. And should the system require maintenance and support, not only will our fully redundant architecture provide complete fail-over protection, the underlying issue will be isolated and resolved quickly.
