Mr. Haudenschild founded CliniComp, Intl. in 1983 to develop fully automated and adaptable computer-based systems for clinical workflow enhancements beginning with the most demanding critical care environments. From inception, CliniComp's founding principles of performance, reliability and adaptability provided the essential platform for launching the largest, most robust and reliable turnkey systems worldwide. As a result, CliniComp customers have enjoyed decades of continuous systems operation throughout the hospital enterprise.
Today, Mr. Haudenschild continues to be the impetus in pioneering product development and designing innovative technology solutions that significantly improve clinical workflow and patient outcomes. In addition, these solutions provide clinicians with tools to quantify and validate effectiveness. Mr. Haudenschild's strategic initiatives play a key role in the company's technological advancements in the ever expanding critical care environment and automation in hospitals.
Mr. Haudenschild holds a bachelor's in physics from San Diego State University and a master's in physics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Jiao Fan, Ph.D.
Vice President, Engineering
Dr. Fan has almost twenty years of experience in computer software and hardware design and development. He assumed his current position after almost ten years as CliniComp’s principal software engineer and director of engineering. In this capacity, he directed and supervised the design, implementation, documentation, testing, system installation, and maintenance in many different software projects and products. He has extensive experience in healthcare information systems such as clinical data repositories, data warehousing, master patient index and clinical information systems.
Before joining CliniComp, Dr. Fan worked at the University of California as a research fellow and many years as a senior electronic and computer engineer at Ford Motor Company.
Dr. Fan received a B.S. degree in computer science, M.S. degrees in computer engineering and mathematics from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
Kelley Malott
Vice President, Federal Systems Sales
At CliniComp, Ms. Malott and her team are responsible for growing and executing strategic business development opportunities within the Federal sector, while managing the company's overall business goals for the federal systems sector of the company's market. Ms. Malott has over a decade of healthcare, business development, and sales experience. As a respected leader and trusted advisor in the healthcare IT industry, she is richly knowledgeable within the commercial, federal, state and local government spaces. As an advocate for innovation and strategic vision, she holds a diverse background. Her experience spans from start-ups to being solicited to publicly speak on behalf of healthcare product lines for the world's largest software company.
Ms. Malott holds a degree in neuropsychology from The Catholic University of America.
Christine Higgins
Director, Customer Operations, Commercial
In her role as a Director, Ms. Higgins is responsible for directing company resources to effectively manage CliniComp Essentris® product solutions in the commercial market, to ensure that the Company meets or exceeds its commitments to our commercial customers. She works closely with CliniComp, Intl. team members to deliver and maintain CliniComp Essentris® EMR systems that will support high-quality patient care and better outcomes in critical care environments. Ms. Higgins has had a long and diverse career with CliniComp. Hired as an Associate System Analyst, she has been promoted many times and has served in the roles of Systems Analyst, Clinical Analyst, Clinical Implementation Specialist, Account Manager and Manager of Account Management.
Ms. Higgins holds an associate degree from Spokane Community College and completed additional education units at Coleman College.
Sarah Crouch
Director, Customer Operations, Department of Defense
In her role as a Director, Ms. Crouch is responsible for directing company resources to effectively manage CliniComp Essentris® product solutions in the DoD market, to ensure that the Company meets or exceeds its commitments to our DoD customers. She works closely with CliniComp, Intl. team members to deliver and maintain CliniComp Essentris® EMR systems that will support high-quality patient care and better outcomes in critical care environments. Ms. Crouch joined CliniComp as an Account Manager dedicated to our Department of Defense (DoD) customers prior to her promotion to Director Customer Operations, DoD.
Sarah has a bachelor's in business administration and management information systems from Texas A&M University.
Jud Simonds
Director, Clinical Services
In his role as Director of Clinical Services at CliniComp, Intl., Mr. Simonds is responsible for leading the clinical team of Nursing and Clinical professionals to provide analysis and training for the Essentris® system. He manages and coordinates his team for effective and timely optimized implementations of Essentris solutions through training, education and site work flow, designed to meet specific client needs. Mr. Simonds develops and maintains relationships with client clinical leadership and sees his role as a partnership to improve processes through total quality management.
Mr. Simonds has 14 years of Critical Care Nursing experience, for 7 years he held leadership roles in Critical Care management in a hospital setting at a major San Diego, CA Health System. He continues to mentor Nurses through teaching as an online Nursing instructor in Nursing Leadership and Informatics for RN to BSN students. Mr. Simonds holds a B.S. in Biology, a Masters in Nursing Administration and is currently pursuing Health Care Informatics at the University of San Diego.
Suzanne Piche
Director, Human Resources
Ms. Piche plays a key leadership role at CliniComp effectively matching human resource needs with the aggressive expansion of CliniComp's business, including developing a high performance HR team and the HR infrastructure to successfully support the Company's human resources short and long-term goals. Ms. Piche has over 20 years human resources leadership experience in organizations with 100 to 1,800 employees, across 46 states with the majority of her experience in the healthcare industry.
Ms. Piche holds a bachelors degree in education and a masters in business administration.
